皮肤再生医疗技术在小儿烧伤晚期创面治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨皮肤再生医疗技术(MEBO)在小儿烧伤晚期创面治疗中的应用效果。方法:应用皮肤再生医疗技术治疗5岁及5岁以下小儿烧伤晚期创面33例,其中烧伤溶痂后晚期感染创面24例,深度烧伤自体皮移植术后感染创面9例;最早使用MEBO治疗时间为伤后3周,最晚为伤后5周。结果:疗程最短者2周,最长6周,全部治愈。结论:皮肤再生医疗技术治疗小儿烧伤晚期难治性感染创面能有效控制创面感染。改善局部血循环,促使创面肉芽与创缘皮肤匐行再生。同时具有方法简便,痛苦小,疗效可靠等优点。

Abstract:Objective: To study the efficacy of regenerative medical techniques of skin (RMTS) for treating pediatric residual burns wounds. Method: Applying RMTS to treat 33 cases of residual burns wounds in pediatric patients, aged five years old or below. 24 cases of them had infectious burns wounds after dissolving crusts, and 9 cases had infectious wounds after autologous skingrafting for deep bums. The earliest time of MEBO application was 3 weeks after burns, and the latest one was 5 weeks. Results: The shortest healing course of treatment is 2 weeks, and the longest 6 weeks. Conclusion: RMTS could effectively control infection of pediatric residual burn wounds, improve local blood circulation, and promote granulation regenerating on wounds and skin creeping regeneration on wound margin. Its advantages include of method convenient, less pain and reliable effect et al.
