| 摘 要： | 目的:总结小儿大面积烧伤应用MEBT/MEBO的创面护理方法和效果.方法:对175例小儿大面积烧伤患者实施MEBT/MEBO治疗,细致的进行创面护理并配合密切的病情观察及全身治疗;对8例发生创面感染及并发症原因进行分析.结果:167例小儿大面积烧伤应用MEBT/MEBO治疗并实施正确的创面护理达到了满意效果,8例小儿大面积烧伤患者因护理措施落实不全面而出现创面感染及并发症.结论:小儿大面积烧伤应用MEBT/MEBO治疗,止痛效果好、疗效确切,掌握正确的方法和落实细致的创面护理措施,是治疗成功不可少的重要因素.

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize nursing method and effect of pediatric extensive burn treating with MEBT/MEBO. Method： 175 cases of pediatric patients of extensive burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO, at the same time intensive care, close observation and necessary system treatment were conducted. The causes of 8 infection and complications cases were reviewed and discussed. Result： It had satisfactory effect that 167 cases of pediatric extensive burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO and correct wound care, while 8 cases having wound infection and complications was that required nursing measures were not put into effect. Conclusion： Treating pediatric extensive bum with MEBT/MEBO has advantages of well effect in stopping pain and wound healing. It is important factor to have such reliable effect that must master correct treatment method and implement intenified care measures for wound healing. |
