| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨MEBO配合转移皮瓣治疗骨外露伤口的临床效果。方法：对31例骨外露伤口使用MEBO配合转移皮瓣术。结果：31例手术无感染,皮瓣均成活,成功断蒂,疗效满意。结论：MEBO配合转移皮瓣术治疗骨外露伤口,疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy of MEBO in association with skin flap transposition in treating bone exposure. Method:31 cases of bone exposure were treated with MEBO in association with skin flap transposition. Result: All the patients were cured. All the skin flaps survived and the pedicles fell away. No infection happened. The results were very satisfactory. Conclusion:MEBO in association with skin flap transposition is very efficacious in treating bone exposure. |
