| 摘 要： | 目的:观察MEBT／MEBO治疗面部硝火深度烧伤的效果。方法:随机将面部硝火烧伤在深Ⅱ-浅Ⅲ度的240例病人分为两组:130例创面应用MEBT／MEBO换药治疗(治疗组);110例创面应用磺胺嘧啶银混悬液换药治疗(对照组)。观察两组在换药过程中病人感染发生率、愈合时间、瘢痕发生率、愈后皮肤瘙痒或疼痛程度、皮肤色素沉着情况。结果:治疗组在感染发生率、愈合时间、瘢痕发生率、愈后皮肤瘙痒或疼痛程度方面都明显低于对照组。结论:MEBII／MEBO治疗面部硝火深度烧伤,创面愈合过程顺利,疗效可靠,有利于外观和功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating facial deep nitric acid burn wounds. Method: 240 patients burned by nitric acid in face, to deep 2nd degree and superficial 3rd degree. 130 patients in the treatment group were treated with MEBT/MEBO and 110 were treated with SD - Ag suspension as a control. The efficacy of the 2 drugs was compared. Result: MEBT/MEBO is superior to SD - Ag suspension in terms of wound infection rate, wound healing time, scar formation rate, pain in wounds and itching in skin and pigmentation after wound healing. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is very efficacious in treating nitric acid burn in face. The wound recovered with good appearance and good function. |
