| 摘 要： | 目的：为普及提高严重烧伤病人再生疗法的营养支持的知识，提高治疗水平。方法：通过回顾总结分析法阐述营养支持疗法的进展，重点论述胃肠道营养。结果：掌握必要的营养支持疗法的治疗手段，早期胃肠道内营养优于延迟营养。结论：经胃肠道营养是严重烧伤病人再生疗法营养支持的主要途径，强调伤后尽早胃肠道营养、选择顺应生命的营养成份，可以获得最佳效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To publicize the knowledge of nutrition support treatment in treating severely burned patients with regenerative therapy and promote the level of the treatment. Method: A review of the progress in nutrition support treatment in the application of regenera- tive therapy was made focusing on gastrointestinal nutrition support. Result: This will help the doctors to grasp the knowledge and the method of nutrition support. Early and timely application of intra - intestinal nutrition support is better than delayed. Conclusion: Intra - intestinal nu- trition support is the main path of nutrition support in treating severely burned patients with regenerative therapy and is the best way to get best results. |
