| 摘 要： | 目的：观察应用MEBO在治疗烧伤晚期残余创面的疗效。方法：残余创面面积0．5％。10％TBSA，外用MEBO，全身综合治疗以及创面细菌检测。结果：所有创面在6天～20天愈合，瘢痕增生不明显。结论：MEBO治疗烧伤晚期残余创面疗效明显，无痛感，操作简便，实用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating residual burn wounds at the later stage. Method: Residual burn wounds with an area of 0.5% to 10%TBSA were treated locally with MEBO and associated with systemic treatment. Bacteria in wounds were detected regularly throughout the course of the treatment. Result: All the residual wounds were healed in 6 to 20 days after treatment. No sig- nificant hyperplastic scar formed. Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating residual burn wounds at the later stage. It is easy and sim- ple to apply. |
