烧伤再生疗法治疗39例小儿大面积深度烧伤的体会

目的:观察烧伤皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗小儿大面积深度烧伤的疗效和探索小儿大面积深度烧伤的最佳疗法.方法:对39例小儿大面积深度烧伤患儿,创面处理全程采用规范的烧伤皮肤原位再生复原技术(MEBT/MEBO),同时结合抗休克、抗感染、营养支持等全身综合治疗.结果:39例患儿全部治愈,创面愈合时间平均32.77天±9.71天,深Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度创面基本达到生理性及无疤痕愈合,四肢无畸形和功能障碍.结论:烧伤皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗小儿大面积深度烧伤疗效显著,规范应用该疗法可取得满意的临床效果,是目前小儿大面积深度烧伤的最佳治疗方法.

Experience of 39 cases of Treating Pediatric Extensive Deep Burn with Burn Regenerative Therapy

Objective： To observe the effect of Regenerative Restoration Therapy in Situ in treating pediatric extensive deep burn and to approach the best therapy of treating pediatric extensive deep burn. Method： 39 cases of pediatric extensive deep burn patients were collected from Mar. 1991 to Mar. 2003. All the burn wounds of the cases were treated with standardized Regenerative Restoration Therapy in Situ in the whole course plus system treatment including anti - shock, anti - infection and nutrition support etc. Result： All of 39 cases were healed in 32. 77 days ＋9. 71days of average healing time. There were little scar formation, little limb deformity and little dysfunction observed in the cases of the deep Ildegree and even m degree wounds. The target of physiological scar -free wound healing was reached basically. Conclusion： It showed reliable effect to treat pediatric extensive deep burn with Regenerative Restoration Technique in Situ and satisfactory clinical effect obtained if the standardized Therapy was applied. So it is the best therapy to treat pediatric extensive deep bums.
