| 摘 要： | 目的研究双黄连粉针剂药效物质基础，为双黄连粉针剂更合理的应用和更广泛的开发提供依据。方法应用各种色谱方法对其化学成分进行分离，并利用色谱和光谱技术鉴定所分离得到的化学成分。结果从双黄连粉针剂中分离得到4个化合物，经鉴定分别为：连翘环己醇（rengyol，Ⅰ）、齐墩果酸（oleanolic acid，Ⅱ）、熊果酸（ursolic acid，Ⅲ）和β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol，Ⅴ）。结论经文献核实，该4种化合物均系从该制剂中首次分得。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To study chemical constituents of Shuanghuanglian Injection. Methods Chromatography and spectral analysis were respectively used to isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Shuanghuanglian Injection. Results 4 compounds were isolated in Shuanghuanglian Injection, including rengyol （ Ⅰ ）, oleanolic acid （Ⅱ） in Sh , ursolic acid（ Ⅲ ） and β-sitosterol（ Ⅳ ）. Conclusion Four chemical constituents were isolated and identified uanghuanglian Injection for the first time. |
