| 摘 要： | 目的建立肝得宁丸的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对南五味子、连翘药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定肝得宁丸中五味子甲素的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强;五味子甲素含量在0.2624～0.5248μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.91%,RSD为0.84%(n=6)。结论本质量标准方法简单、操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于肝得宁丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality standard for Gandening Pills.Methods The TLC was used to identify the natural drugs of Schisandra sphenanthera and Forsythia suspense and HPLC was applied to determine the content of schiandrin A in Gandening Pills.Results The two natural drugs could be identified by the established standard with high specificity.The calibration curve of schiandrin A was linear within the range of 0.2624 to 0.5248 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery rate and relative standard deviation were 98.91% and 0.84%（n=6）,respectively.Conclusion This quality standard is easy,user-friendly,accurate,and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of Gandening Pills. |
