肋骨原发性骨肿瘤的影像表现（附14例报告）

目的 探讨肋骨原发性骨肿瘤的影像学表现,提高对该部位原发骨肿瘤的影像表现的认识.方法 回顾性分析14例经手术病理证实肋骨原发性骨肿瘤患者的影像资料,并结合近年来相关文献进行分析.结果 本组病例10例单发,4例多发,良性8例,恶性6例,良性肿瘤最多为骨软骨瘤（4例）,恶性肿瘤最多为骨髓瘤（3例）.结论 肋骨原发性骨肿瘤病种较多,大部分病灶表现与典型部位的典型表现相符合,能通过X线检查发现病灶并做出影像诊断,部分病灶需要通过CT检查才能得出结论,MR是对病变内部及周围软组织影像征象的补充.

Imaging features of primary rib tumors （report of 14 cases and review of the literature）

Objective To explore the imaging features of costal tumors in order to imProve the imaging diagnosis of pri- mary nidi of rib. Methods 14 patients＂ radiographic data which confirmed by pathology, were retrospetivey analyzed and relevant literatures were reviewed. Results 3 cases are multiple nidi, 11 cases are single lesion. The most common benign neoplasms are osteochondroma （4/8）, as well as malignant one is myeloma （3/6）. Conclusion The primary tumors of rib are multitudinous, X-ray plain film can make a current diagnosis in almost all lesions, some patients have to turn to CT and MR scan dominate the observation of soft tissue mass.
