Pinpoint CT立体定位激光导引系统的临床应用价值

目的：介绍Pinpoint立体定位激光导引系统在介入穿刺活检中的操作方法、经验体会及临床应用价值。方法：采用Marconi公司生产的PQ－6000高档螺旋CT主体扫描仪，在Pinpoint立体定位激光导引下对43例胸、腹部肿块患者实施经皮穿刺活检。结果：精确的三维立体激光定位使整个穿刺过程既轻松又安全，全部患者在Pinpoint系统的导引下均顺利地完成了穿刺活检手术，其穿刺准确率100％，活检成功率95.3%。结论：高档螺旋CT上配置Pinpoint3D立体激光定位系统是一种有避免射线损伤又可提高经皮穿刺精确性、安全性的理想导引技术，对提高临床诊断、治疗效果有广泛的应用价值。

Applying value of Pinpoint CT stereotactic location laser guided-set for interventional clinics

Objective:To introduce the operating method,learn from experience and applying value of Pinpont three dimensional stereoscopic orientate guided set with intervenient spiral CT for clinical interventional radiology.Methods:43 cases of chest and abdomen localize mass were performed an operation of aspiration biopsy under the Pinpoint stereotactic orientate guided set with Marconi PQ 6000 spiral CT.Results:Accurate three dimensoonal orientation guided set may cause interventional procedures become facilitate relaxed and secure feeling.Total focus of the percutaneous needle biopsy were succeessfully accomplished uder the pinpoint stereotactic orientate guided set with intervenient spiral CT.The accuracy of puncture was 100% and the success rate of biopsy was 95.3%.Conclusion:Pinpoint stereoscopic orientate guided set which super spiral CT was a new style ideal guided set of accuracy and safety of radioactive rays can be avioded.This eqipment has a expansive applying value and a good extensibility foreground for,clinical diagnosis and treatment.
