全心冠状动脉磁共振成像初步探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨自由呼吸导航全心冠状动脉磁共振成像(CMRA)心率对成像效果的影响。方法:对28例正常者,用自由呼吸导航触发3D-TFE序列行全心冠状动脉成像,用"Soap Bubble"软件进行冠状动脉曲面重建;以显示冠状动脉的节段数及图像质量为评价指标,分析比较不同心率对成像效果的影响。结果:28例中显示冠状动脉112支208段。不同心率冠状动脉显示节段数差异有统计学意义,当心率〈70次/min时各支冠状动脉主干近、中、远段均可良好显示。图像质量一级17例,二级5例,三级3例,四级2例,五级1例。不同心率的图像质量差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),当心率〈70次/min时图像质量较好。结论:自由呼吸导航全心CMRA的成像效果与心率有关,心率慢时,冠状动脉各支、段显示较完整,图像质量也较好。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of heart rate on efficiency of whole heart coronary MR angiography (CMRA). Methods:28 normal subjects underwent CMRA in 3D-TFE sequence with free respiratory navigated gating. The "Soap Bublle " software of volume render technique was used on original images of 3D-TFE. The effects of different heart rate on efficiency of imaging were analyzed by evaluation indexes of showing segments and quality of coronary. Results:208 segments,112 branches of coronary in 28 hearts were shown. There were statistical significance of showing segments and quality in different heart rate. The whole segments of all branches were shown and the quality was better when heart rate under the 70/min,quality of Ⅰ grade was 17 cases,Ⅱ 5 cases,Ⅲ 3 cases,Ⅳ 2 cases,Ⅴ 1 case. Conclusion:The imaging efficiency of whole heart CMRA is related to heart rate. The segments of coronary will be shown more and the imaging quality will be better when the heart rate is slow enough.
