彩色多普勒超声对盆腔淤血综合征的诊断价值

目的：探讨彩色多普勒（CDFI）超声对盆腔淤血综合征诊断的价值。方法：回顾性分析58例盆腔淤血综合征的声像特征及血流特点。结果：本组58例中，子宫均匀性增大43例（74．1％），卵巢增大38例（65．5％），宫颈肥大32例（55．2％），盆腔和子宫静脉曲张分别占91．3％（53／58）和68．9％（40／58）。二维超声显示均匀增大的子宫肌层呈均匀或稍不均匀回声，宫旁呈串珠状、蜂窝状元回声区；CDFI显示宫旁红、蓝相间的血流信号似湖？白状，双卵巢静脉血流增多，重者子宫前后壁肌层内扩张的血窦相互连通呈彩球状，迂曲扩张的静脉血流缓慢。结论：彩色多普勒超声对盆腔淤血综合征的诊断有重要的临床价值，为本病的首选和可靠检查方法。

Diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging diagnosis for pelvic congestion syndrome

Objective：To study the value of color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） diagnosis for pelvic congestion syndrome. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 58 cases of pelvic congestion syndrome and blood flow characteristics of the image characteristics. Results： Among 58 patients, there were 43 cases of uterus enlargement （74.1%）, 38 cases of ovarian increased （65.5%）, 32 cases of cervical hypertrophy（55.2%）, pelvic and uterine varices accounted for 91.3% （53/58） and 68.9% （40/58）. Two-dimesional ultrasound showed increased myometrial homogeneous or slightly inhomogeneous echo, uterine side were beaded, honeycomb-like anechoic zone; CDFI showed that the para-uterus red, blue lake-like flow signals, dual-ovarian vein blood flow increased, in severe cases anterior and posterior wall of the uterus inside muscular sinusoid expansion of mutual color spherical, the venous blood flow of tortuous and expansion was slowly. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome is a primary reliable technigue and has an important clinical value.
