| 摘 要： | 目的根据近年来心血管疾病的研究进展,对飞行人员高血压和冠心病的防控和医学鉴定进行讨论。资料来源与选择国内外公开发表的有关论文和论著。资料引用国内外发表的文献47篇。资料综合简要概述了飞行人员心血管疾病的发病情况,对飞行人员高血压和冠心病的防控策略、危险性评估方法和医学鉴定细则进行了探讨。结论应充分重视心血管疾病危险因素调查在飞行人员心血管疾病危险性评估中的作用,并结合具体病情和所担负的飞行职责进行飞行结论。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss prevention,control and medical evaluation of hypertension and coronary artery diseases in flying personnel based on the recent progress in study of cardiovascular diseases.Literature resource and selection Research papers and literature in this field home and abroad.Literature quotation Forty-seven published papers were cited.Literature synthesis The suffering condition of cardiovascular diseases in flying personnel were introduced and prevention strategy,dangerous evaluation,and detailed rules of medical assessment of hypertension and coronary artery diseases were explored.Conclusion The role of investigation of dangerous factors in the dangerous evaluation of cardiovascular diseases in flying personnel should be paid highly attention.The medical assessment should be made by combined concrete state of illness with dangerous factors of cardiovascular diseases and the flying duties of pilots. |
