摘    要:目的:研制创伤失血性休克动物模型,评价系列救护装置应用效果。方法:健康比格犬18只,随机分为微创假休克组(A组,n=6)、重创失血性休克自体输血组(B组,n=6)和重创失血性休克非自体输血组(C组,n=6)。A、C组常规液体复苏;B组用自制救护装置自体输血复苏。结果:血像、生化指标B、C两组最重,B〉C〉A。P≤0.05;但胸腔血RBC、WBC、PLT、HGB仍在正常范围内;PaO2C、A组伤后2-24 h呈阶梯性下降至低氧血症水平,但B组仍在正常范围,P〈0.05。用自制新系列装置进行急性胸腔闭式引流、自体输血可在3~5 min内完成技术操作,优于同类市售装置,B组动物全部成活,C组半数死亡。结论:梿枷胸失血性休克模型成功率高,可重复性强,自制初级生命救护装置实用性强,性能稳定,值得进一步推广。
