摘    要:目的:观察一氧化氮(N0)供体亚硝基铁氰化钠(SNP)作用正常精子后超微结构的变化。方法:采用percoll梯度离心法选择具有正常生理功能的精子,与不同浓度的SNP孵育作用后,在透射电镜下观察精子的超微结构。结果:正常精子与300nmol/LSNP作用后,精子膜、顶体及精子线粒体出现不同程度的损伤和结构上的异常。结论:高浓度NO供体SNP可致精子膜、顶体及精子线粒体等超微结构的改变,进一步阐明了精子运动功能障碍的机制。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the ultrastructural changes of normal spermatozoa after incubated with sodium(nitroprusside) which is the offer of nitric oxide.Methods: Spermatozoa of normal physiological functions selected from semen samples by percoll gradient centrifugation technique were regarded as normal sperm models.(Ultrastructural) changes of spermatozoa were observed by transmission electron microscope after model spermatozoa were incubated with SNP of 300 nmol/L.Results:After model spermatozoa were incubated with SNP,impairment of various extent and abnormity of structure in membrane,acrosome and mitochondria of spermatozoa were(observed).Conclusion:High density of SNP may cause ultrastructural changes in membrane,acrosome and(mitochondria) of spermatozoa.
