| 摘 要： | 综述了影响微卫星PCR扩增的因素及正交设计原理，并以Taq DNA聚合酶、模板DNA、引物、Mg^2 等4种因素3种水平为例，利用正交素L9（3^4）的对扩增体系的优化进行探讨。

| Abstract: | This article reviesw the factors affecting PCR amplification of microsatellite and the principle of orthogonal design,using 3 level of 4 facters including the concentration of Taq DNA polymerase,template DNA,random primer and Mg 2+ as a example,adapting orthogonal Taple L\-9(3\+4) and have a discuss on the best amplication system. |
