| 摘 要： | 绵羊的多产性(Prolifcacy)即初生产羔教,包括产羔数和初生活羔数两性状.产羔数属低遗传力性状,其遗传力估值为0.1左右,重复力为0.15,变异系数为0.25,不同报道的差异可能源于抽样误差或未经校对的环境效应.胚胎死亡率占潜在子代的25%～50%,这是阻碍母羊多产性的关键,胚胎死亡有遗传上的原因,也有营养、环境和疾病方面的原因,就遗传方面来讲,染色体易位、血液型和子宫内环境等胚胎死亡有特别密切的关系.现将国内外有关多产遗传机制的研究综述如下.

| Abstract: | The sheep prolificacy,namely litter size,included the number of litter size and liver lambs.Litter size is a low heritability,and its heritability,repeatability and coefficient of variation are 0.1,0.15 and 0.25,respectively.Because present the sampling errors and/or the unadjusted environment effects,the heritability of litter size is difference.In sheep,the embryonic mortality account for 25%-50% of potential litter size and has grown as a primary hamper in prolificacy of sheep.The reasons of embryonic mo... |
