| 摘 要： | 肺癌发病率与致死率在恶性肿瘤中居于首位，且肺癌患者生存期短，复发率高。目前精准医疗对肺癌治疗的影响越来越大，常见精准医疗有靶向驱动突变的制剂、靶向参与信号通路相关基因的治疗以及利用microRNAs（miRNA）作为潜在的治疗药物及诊断标志物。作者综述了近年来非小细胞肺癌精准治疗的现状与进展。

| Abstract: | Lung cancer is the most serious malignant tumor in incidence and lethality with short survival time and high recurrence rate. Delightfully, precision medicine has been a promising cure for lung cancer, including agents targeting driver mutations, treatments targeting genes involved in signaling pathway and microRNAs used as potential medicine along with diagnostic marker. We summarized the history and progress of precision medcine in non-small-cell lung cancer. |
