犬腹部开放伤合并人工海水浸泡后重要器官的病理变化

摘    要:目的观察犬腹部开放伤合并人工海水浸泡后,心、肝、肺、肾、小肠组织病理学变化特点,为海水浸泡腹部开放伤的甲期救治提供依据。方法成年杂种犬20只,制作腹部开放伤动物模型后,随机分为浸泡组(n=10)和对照组(不经海水浸泡组,n=10)。光镜和电镜下观察犬腹部开放伤人工海水浸泡后心、肝、肺、肾、小肠组织病理学变化特点,并用HPIAS-1000病理分析系统埘肝细胞进行测量。结果犬腹部外放伤人工海水浸泡后,心、肝、肺、’肾、小肠组织出现的病理学变化明显比埘照组严重,肝细胞体积明显小f对照组。结论犬腹部开放伤合并人上海水浸泡后重要器官的病理学变化有其自身特点,比单纯犬腹部开放伤后病理学变化明显加重。

Abstract:Objective To observe the pathologic changes of heart,liver,lung,kidney,and intestine after open abdominal injury combined with artificial seawater immersion in dogs.Methods A canine model of open abdominal injury was established. Twenty health adult dogs were divided into two groups. Immersion group (n=10) was subjected to open abdominal injury with electric detonator followed by artificial seawater immersion. Control group(n=10) was subjected to the same injury without seawater immersion. The pathologic changes of heart,liver,lung,kidney,and intestine were observed with microscope and electronic microscope. The volume of liver cells was measured with HPIAS 1000 pathologic analysis system.Results The pathologic changes of heart,liver,lung,kidney,and intestine in immersion group were more serious and the volume of liver cells was smaller than that of control group.Conclusion The pathologic changes of major organ after open abdominal injury combined with seawater immersion had its own characteristics and were more serious than that of open abdominal injury without seawater immersion.
