| 摘 要： | 目的观察花虫胶囊对高原人体的抗缺氧作用。方法将80名健康战士按体重随机分成花虫胶囊低剂量组、花虫胶囊高剂量组、阳性对照组及空白对照组4组,每组20人。分别于给药前、第15天服药后1小时,用血氧饱和仪测定血氧饱和度,同时抽血,用全自动生化仪测定血液中血红蛋白含量。结果 4组在给药前血氧饱和度、血液中血红蛋白含量均没有显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。给药15天后,花虫胶囊低剂量组、高剂量组均能升高血氧饱和度(P<0.005),降低血液中血红蛋白含量(P<0.001),两剂量组之间存在量效关系(P<0.005)。结论 花虫胶囊对高原人体具有抗缺氧作用。
