不同海拔地域对官兵作业疲劳状态的影响研究

目的：探讨不同海拔地域对官兵作业疲劳状态的影响。方法采取整群抽样的方法，选取不同海拔（海拔1000米、3000米、4000米、5000米）、不同地域（新疆、西藏、青海、陕西）、不同部别（作战部队，边防部队，驻训部队，后勤部队）的1345名部队人员，使用疲劳量表（FS-14））、作业疲劳症状自评量表(2002年版)进行测评和综合分析。结果随着海拔升高，高原官兵疲劳评分逐渐升高。新疆官兵疲劳评分明显高于不同地域中其它地区(P<0.001)，主要表现在不快感和怠倦感方面。边防部队官兵疲劳量表评分显著高于后勤部队人员(P<0.05)，与不同部别的工作性质和任务分工有关。结论不同海拔地域对官兵作业疲劳状态产生不同的影响。制定科学的训练管理制度，合理安排官兵的作业与训练时间，对提高官兵的军事作业能力与恢复战斗力起到重要的作用。

Impact of Different Altitudes and Regions on Work Fatigue of Soldiers

Objective To discuss the impact of different altitudes and regions on work fatigue of soldiers. Methods 1345 soldiers were selected by cluster sampling from different troops (from armed forces, frontier forces, training forces and logistic forces) in differ-ent regions (in XinJiang Uighur Autonomous Region, Tibet Autonomous Region, Qinghai Province and Shaanxi Province) at different al-titudes (at the altitude of 1000m, 3000m, 4000m and 5000m);Fatigue Scale and Fatigue Self-assessment Scale (2002 edition) were ap-plied in evaluation and general analysis was made. Results The scores of Fatigue Scale of the soldiers at plateau kept going up with alti-tude increasing;the fatigue scores of the soldiers in Xinjiang were much higher than those of soldiers in other regions (P<0.01), especial-ly the unpleasantness scores and taediumvitae scores;the scores of Fatigue Scale of the soldiers in frontier forces were obviously higher than those of the soldiers in logistic forces (P<0.01). Conclusions Different altitudes and regions have different impact on work fatigue of soldiers;it is of positive effect in promoting the military operation ability and restoring combat effectiveness of soldiers at plateau to set up a scientific training program and make a reasonable time schedule for training and work.
