联合检测血Cys—C和IL-6在糖尿病肾损害中的应用价值

目的探讨血胱抑素C（Cys—C）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）水平检测对诊断糖尿病早期肾功能损害的意义。方法按尿微量清蛋白（UmAlb）将糖尿病患者分为2组，A组为UmAlb〈30mg／d，单纯DM组，56例；B组为UmAlb30-300mg／d，早期DN组，58例；同时设健康对照组50例；测定各组Cys—C、Scr、IL一6水平。结果糖尿病患者Cys-C、Scr、IL-6水平均高于对照组（Pl〈O．05），B组Cys—C、IL-6水平高于A组（P〈0．0S）；糖尿病B组Cys—C、IL-6水平异常检测率明显高于Scr水平。结论Cys—C、1L-6是早期诊断糖尿病肾损害的敏感指标之一。

Diagnostic significance of serum Cystain C and 1L-6 detection in early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of serum Cystatin C （Cys-C） and IL-6 detection in the early stage renal damage in diabetes. Methods According to the level of urinary microalbuminuria（UmAlb） ,diabetic patients were divided into 2 groups. 56 cases （A group） of patient with simple diabetes mellitus（UmAlb〈30mg/d） ; 58 cases （B group） of pa- tients with early diabetic nephropathy;while 50 healthy persons （C group） without diabetes. Serum creatinine, Cys-C and IL-6 were measured in each group, Results In patients with diabetes,Cys-C and IL-6 on average were higher than that in patients without diabetes （P〈0.05）,and higher in B group than that in A group （P〈0.05）. In B group, the positive rates of Cys-C and IL-6 were significantly higher than those of Scr （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cys-C and IL-6 are the sensitive indicators to diagnosis early stage clinical diabetic nethropathy.
