| 摘 要： | 目的总结6例心脏术后急性肾功能衰竭患者应用促红细胞生成素（EPO）治疗的临床资料，以探讨EPO对心脏术后急性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法2010年5月～2011年4月，收集心脏术后并发急性肾功能衰竭患者6例，给予EPO5000U／次，隔日1次，同时辅助其他综合治疗，如强心、利尿、维持水电解质平衡等。结果6例患者的尿素氮、肌酐、血红蛋白、尿量检测结果均恢复正常。结论EPO可能对心脏术后并发的急性肾功能衰竭有一定的改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Erythropoietin （EPO）on acute renal failure after cardiac surgery through summing up and analyzing the data of 6 patients. Methods There were 6 patients with acute renal failure after cardiac surgery in our hospital between May 2010 and Apr 2011. They were given EPO 5000 U every other day and received the other comprehensive therapies, such as cardiac, diuretic and keeping water-electrolyte balance. Results The levels of blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine （Scr）, hemoglobin （HB） and urine output returned to normal in the 6 patients. Conclusion It suggests that EPO may lower the levels of BUN, Scr, HB and urine output, improve the clinical symptoms of acute renal failure after cardiac surgery. |
