中美空军飞行学员医学选拔对照实证研究——全身性疾病

目的 分析我军招飞医学选拔时因全身性疾病而淘汰的学员并参照美军标准评价其合格与淘汰情况,为我军招飞医学选拔标准的修改提出合理建议.方法 对中美招飞医学选拔标准的内容及其制订和维护进行比较;分析2012—2015年参加我军招飞医学选拔定选因全身性疾病淘汰学员的情况,并参照美军招飞医学选拔标准进行判定.结果 美军招飞医学选拔标准最大特点是对于器官功能的重视,维护更新速度快,对于少数疾病有特许作支撑.我军招飞医学选拔标准重视形态学指标,尺度明确,便于执行.我军招飞医学选拔因全身性疾病淘汰的学员共15例,参照美军标准进行判定,其中14例可判定为合格,合格率为93.3%.结论 我军和美军招飞医学选拔标准中关于全身性疾病的评定具有一定差异,在修订我军标准时可根据我国国情并适当借鉴美军标准.

An empirical study on medical selection of flying cadets with systemic diseases between PLAAF and USAF

Objective To determine whether the candidates disqualified for systemic diseases in PLAAF medical selection of flying cadets are qualified or not on the basis of USAF Medical Standards Directory, and to make suggestions for revising PLAAF medical standards flying cadets.Methods Similarities and differences were made on medical selection of flying cadets in systemic diseases between PLAAF and USAF; all candidates who were disqualified for systemic diseases in final selection of medical selection of flying cadets between 2012 and 2015, were determined whether they were qualified or not according to USAF Medical Standards Directory.Results The most obvious characteristics of medical standards for USAF was that they put highlight on the physiology function instead morphology and the medical standards were frequently. Moreover, there was air force waiver guide as a supplement. The morphologic measurements were important for the majority of our medical standards for AF, and implement were easily carried out. The proportion of systemic diseases in PLAAF medical selection of flying cadets was 15, 93.3% of candidates disqualified for systemic diseases were qualified according to USAF Medical Standards Directory.Conclusion There were some differences on medical selection standards of flying cadets between PLAAF and USAF, and we could revise PLAAF standards can be used with USAF standards for reference.
