| 摘 要： | 目的应用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)灌注扫描成像技术评价宫颈癌的血流动力学表现并探讨其临床应用价值。资料与方法对临床诊断宫颈癌10例患者和6名健康自愿者进行CT灌注成像,测量血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)以及峰值CT值。结果宫颈癌组的BF、BV明显高于正常组,峰值CT值大于正常组。宫颈癌组与正常组之间的BF、BV、峰值CT值均有显著的统计学意义。结论MSCT灌注成像对宫颈癌血流变化的分析有一定临床价值。
