高清CT自适应统计迭代重建技术降低冠状动脉CT成像辐射剂量的研究

摘    要:目的评价高清CT自适应统计迭代重建技术降低冠状动脉CT成像辐射剂量的临床价值。方法采用GE公司宝石能谱CT,选取100例临床拟诊为冠心病的患者,随机分为两组,研究组50例,采用AsiR重建技术回顾性心电门控扫描;对照组50例,采用传统回顾性心电门控扫描。对比分析两组冠状动脉可评估率及辐射剂量。结果研究组血管可评估率为95.0%,对照组为95.8%。两组冠状动脉段图像质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组平均有效辐射剂量为(2.90±0.37)mSv,对照组为(10.33±1.65)mSv,两组辐射剂量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高清CT自适应统计迭代重建技术回顾性心电门控扫描在保证血管可评估率及图像质量的前提下可降低72%的辐射剂量。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the dose reduction potential of an adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(ASIR) on a high-definition CT(HDCT) for imaging coronary angiography.Methods Using HDCT,one hundred patients suspected of coronary artery diseases were collected and randomly divided into the study group(AsiR improved retrospective ECG-gating coronary artery imaging,50 patients)and the control group(conventional retrospective ECG-gating coronary artery imaging,50 patients).The radiation dose and imaging quality of coronary artery segment were recorded for statistics.Results The percentage of assessable coronary artery segments was 95.0% in the experimental group,whereas 95.8% in the control group.There was no significant difference of imaging quality between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean effective dosage(ED) in the experimental group was(2.90±0.37)mSv and(10.33±1.65)mSv in the control group.There was significant difference between radiation dose of the study group and that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HDCT coronary angiography performed with improved retrospective ECG-gating imaging can substantially reduce radiation doses by 72% while preserving good diagnostic image quality.
