宝石能谱CT电子束扫描技术低辐射剂量对冠状动脉成像的研究

摘    要:目的评价宝石能谱CT前门控电子束低辐射剂量技术对冠状动脉成像的能力及图像质量。方法筛选100例前门控电子束扫描的患者,根据体质量指数(BMI)选择管电流为180~800mA,管电压为100~120 kV,记录扫描中患者所受射线剂量,并将其与回顾性门控扫描参数进行剂量对比。结果在相同管电压条件下,前门开电子束扫描剂量平均(2.27±0.75)mSv远远低于回顾性心电门控平均(14.15±3.07)mSv。结论宝石能谱CT采用前门控电子束扫描技术及个性化的扫描参数,同时利用宝石探测器、AsiR重建技术及Cine扫描模式,减少了螺旋伪影,抑制钙化伪影,获得高清冠状动脉图像。心脏成像减少了80%~90%的辐射剂量,确保了"完美心脏"的检查,真正实现了低剂量下的冠脉高清成像。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the capability and image quality of low radiation dose technique of gem energy spectrum CT electron beam scanning in coronary angiography. Methods Screened 100 cases of ECG-gated electron beam scanning;tube current and tube voltage were set to 180-800mA and 100-120kV respectively according to body mass index(BMI).The radiation dose suffered by patients was recorded and compared with retrospective ECG-gated scan parameters. Results In the same tube voltage conditions,radiation dose in ECG-gated electron beam scanning average(2.27±0.75)mSv] was far below that in retrospective ECG-gated average(14.15±3.07)mSv]. Conclusion Gem energy spectrum is using the ECG-gated electron beam scanning technique and personalized scanning parameters,through gem probe,AsiR reconstruction technique and Cine scanning mode to reduce the spiral artifact,prevent the calcific artifact and achieve the high definition coronary images.It reduced the radiation dose by 80 percent in cardiac imaging,ensured the'perfect heart'inspection and really realize the Coronary hd imaging in Low doses.
