| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术前及术后护理干预对手术患者心理和行为的影响。方法将100例择期手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组除采用常规护理外,护士施行全程护理干预,包括术前术后的心理疏导。比较两组术前焦虑,血压,心率及围术期患者配合程度,术后患者对护理满意度。结果观察组患者手术前心率和血压波动范围小于对照组(P<0.05),两组围术期配合程度有明显差异(P<0.01),观察组无一例因手术护理不到位而致患者不满足。结论全程护理干预可以提高手术护理质量,提高手术成功率。
