沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对初入高海拔地区青年血流动力学的影响

摘    要:目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对初入高海拔地区青年血流动力学的影响。方法将36名受试者随机分为沙美特罗组(n=18)和对照组(n=18),自海拔1 400 m历时5 d进入5 200 m。从进入海拔5 200 m当天开始,沙美特罗组每天早晚各1次吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉准纳器1个剂量(沙美特罗100μg,丙酸氟替卡松200μg),连续5 d;对照组用同样的方法吸入少量生理盐水。于吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂第5天,用XG-Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪检测两组受试者的血流动力学。结果沙美特罗组较对照组P、TPR、ALT、η、BK、PAWP、CCP降低,差异有统计学意义(P(0.05);SV、mAP、BV增高,差异有统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论在高原吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对初入高海拔地区青年血流动力学有明显的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalant on hemodynamics of youth exposed to high altitude.Methods 36 subjects reached chronometer spot(5200m) from 1400m altitude for 5 days.They were divided into two groups: 18 in salmeterol group and 18 in control group.Experiment group inhaled one dose salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder(100 μg salmeterol and 200 μg fluticasone propionate) and control group inhaled small quantity of physiological saline for 5 days respectively.There hemodynamic indexes of two groups were recorded by the type XG-Ⅲ circulation system function automatic monitor 5 days after there reached destinationResults P、TPR、ALT、η、BK、PAWP,CCP in salmeterol group decreased but SV、mAP、BV increased significantly compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalant can improve hemodynamics on youth exposed to high altitude.
