| 摘 要： | 目的研究胆囊切除术与大肠癌发生的关系。方法利用微机检索及溯源等方法,按照纳入标准收集挑选所有已发表的有关中国人群胆囊切除术与大肠癌发生关系的病例对照研究原始文献,利用Revman4.2软件对挑选出的文献进行荟萃分析。结果共检出相关文献35篇,5篇符合入选标准,由随机效应模型计算得到的胆囊切除术与大肠癌发生关系的合并OR值为3.36,其95%可信区间为(1.31,8.63),总效应测定结果Z=2.52,P=0.01,有统计学意义。结论胆囊切除术的确可以增加大肠癌发生的危险性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between cholecystectomy and large bowel cancer in China.Methods All case-control articles on the relationship between cholecystectomy and large bowel cancer in China were collected through some computer database and hand-work search, and according to adoptive criteria. Revman4.2 software was applied to process the data. Results Five articles were selected. The randomized effect model of meta-analysis was selected to calculate the pooled OR. The total OR was 3.36, with a 95% CI of 1.31-8.63. The overall effect Z was equal to 2.52 (P=0.01). Conclusion Cholecystectomy can increase the risk of large bowel cancer in China. |
