泰素联合顺铂治疗老年期卵巢癌16例

目的　老年期卵巢癌的发生率和死亡率均较高 ,探讨其有效的化疗方法 ,以提高患者生存时间和生活质量。方法　 41例卵巢癌患者随机分为泰素加顺铂治疗组和C(H ,F)AP对照组进行临床观察。结果　治疗组有效率为 6 9% ,副反应较轻 ,疗程明显缩短 ;对照组有效率为 32 % ,副反应较重 ,疗程长 ,且易发生药物蓄积中毒 ,二者有效率比较有显著性差异。结论　泰素加顺铂治疗老年期卵巢癌 ,具有疗效好、副反应轻、疗程大大缩短等优点。

Taxol Combined with Cisplatin Treats Gerontic Ovaian Cancer with 16 Cases

Objective Both incidence and death rate of gerontic ovarian cancer are high. Approach its active effective chemotherapy, prolong patients' survival time and improve their living qualitly. Methods 41 patients of ovarian cancer are devided into two groups to be observation. One group is called therapy group which is treated by Taxol combined with cisplatin, (Cisplatin)the other is called comparison group. Results Effective rate of therapy group is 69 percent, side reaction is much lighter, Period of treatment is shorter obviously; however, effective rate of comparison group is 32 percent, side reaction is heavier, period of treatment is longer, and drug retention toxicosis is easy to happen. The two groups have distinct difference in effective rate. Conclusion The mathod of treating gerontic ovarion cancer by Taxol combined with cisplation has several advantages. Such as good curative effect, light side reaction, short period of treatment. So it's the best choice in Cisplatin the chemotherapy of gerontic ovarian cancer.
