| 摘 要： | 目的 评价计算机辅助细胞检测系统 (CCT)对子宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法 对 3 0 6例妇科门诊患者的子宫颈涂片 ,采用CCT及手工光镜进行检测做出诊断。结果 CCT检查细胞学正常 2 5 0例 ,细胞形态异常 5 6例 ,异常检出率1 8 3 0 % ;手工光镜检查细胞学正常 3 0 3例 ,细胞形态异常 3例 ,异常检出率 0 98% ;CCT检查与病理诊断符合率88 89%。结论 CCT对子宫颈病变具有很高的敏感性和特异性 ,有临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluate the value of the diagnosis of cervical lesion by CCT. Methods Measure 306 cases cervical smears from gynecological clinic patients by using CCT and handwork microscope. Results 250 cases were normal in cytology by using CCT; 56 cases were abnormal, the rate was 18.30%. And by handwork microscope 303 cases were normal; 3 cases were abnormal, the rate was 0.98%. The rate that the measure by using CCT accorded with pathological diagnosis was 88.89%. Conclusion The measurement of CCT was higherly sensitive and distinctive about cervical lesion. It had clinical pratical value. |
