重度烧伤52例早期口服胃肠营养初步观察

目的探讨重度烧伤患者早期口服胃肠营养的临床价值。方法对重度烧伤患者采用“零禁食”,伤后24h以流汁为主,第2天选用牛奶、混合奶、匀浆饮食,尔后逐渐增加热量。结果本组52例重度烧伤患者全部治愈,无1例发生应激性溃疡、出血穿孔等并发症,住院天数明显缩短。结论重度烧伤患者早期实施口服胃肠营养安全有效.能明显改善患者营养状况,降低并发症发生率。

Primary Observation on 52 Patients of Severe Burn with Early Oral Gastrointestinal Nutrition

Objective To discuss the clinical value of early oral gastrointestinal nutrition in the patients with severe burn.Methods The patients with severe burn were given “zero fasting”. Liquid diet acted as the main nutriment within the first 24 hours after burn, and within the second 24 hours, mixed milk and homogenate food were given, and the heat taken in was increased later on. Results All the 52 patients' burn reached complete healing. There were no complications such as stress ulcer, bleeding and digestive perforation, and the hospitalization duration was shortened.Conclusion It is safe and effective that the patients with severe burn are given oral gastrointestinal nutrition early, for it can improve their nutritional states and decrease the incidences of complications.
