| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MRCP对胆囊术后病例的诊断价值。方法:搜集89例2002年3月～2004年3月因胆囊切除术 后出现腹痛等症状而行MRCP检查的病例,观察分析胆囊术后综合征的MRCP表现。结果:89例中合并胆管结石43例 (48.3%),残留胆囊或胆囊管残端过长29例(32.6%),缩窄性乳头炎21例(23.6%),十二指肠乳头旁憩室7例(7.9%), 胆管或胰腺癌肿7例(7.9%)。结论:MRCP对胆囊术后综合征具有较高的病因诊断符合率,在本病的诊断中具有重要价 值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the value of MRCP in patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome (PCS).Methods:The data of 457 MRCP cases in recent two years were analyzed retrospectively,89 of them were suffered from an abdominal pain after cholecystectomy.The causes of postcholecystectomy syndrome were carefully observed.Results:Of these 89 patients,43 cases were complicated with bile duct stones (48.3%),29 cases with gallbladder remnant or long cystic duct stump (32.6%),21 cases with constrictive papillitis (23.6%),7 cases with duodenal papillary diverticula (7.9%) and 7 cases with tumors (7.9%).Conclusion:MRCP has a high accuracy on the evaluation of the causes of the disease and play an important role in diagnosis of PCS. |
