松果体区肿瘤的影像与病理分析

目的：探讨CT及MRI在松果体区肿瘤中的诊断价值及其病理分型。方法;搜集10例经手术病理证实的松果体区肿瘤患者资料,分析其影像学特点。结果：CT及MRI诊断生殖细胞瘤2例,松果体细胞瘤1例,表皮样囊肿1例,髓母细胞瘤2例,畸胎瘤1例,胶质瘤2例,脑膜瘤1例。结论：对松果体区肿瘤,根据其内部成分、边界、与血管的关系、增强扫描的影像学特点,CT与MRI相结合,大多能定性,能为手术治疗提供比较充分的病理解剖学信息。

Study on imaging diagnosis of the pineal body tumor with pathologic correlation

Objective： To discuss the value of CT and MRI in diagnosing the pineal body tumors and their pathological typing. Methods：Data of 10 patients with pineal body tumors confirmed by pathology were studied. Results：There were two cases of germinoma,one case of pineal body cellular tumor,one case of epidermoid cyst,2 cases of medulloblastoma,one case of teratoma, 2 cases of neurogliocytoma, and one case of meningioma. Conclusion： According to the tumor composition, boundary,its relation with the blood vessel and the CT and MRI imaging characteristics, we can judge the nature of the pineal body tumor and provid enough pathilogic-anatomic information for the operation.
