摘    要:肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞(TIL)是肿瘤免疫中最受关注的生物标志物,TIL对乳腺癌新辅助化疗和免疫治疗有协同作用,可改善临床疗效。目前采用的评估TIL的方法不能全面反映TIL在肿瘤组织中分布的时间和空间异质性,而影像学具有无创、简便和整体性的特点,被预期为评估乳腺癌TIL水平的有效方法。就乳腺MRI、超声以及PET/CT和PET/MRI等影像学方法评估乳腺癌TIL水平的研究进展予以综述。

Abstract:Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) are emerging as the most concerned biomarker in tumor immunity. TIL can synergize with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and immunotherapy in breast cancer to enhance the efficacy of anticancer therapies. The methods used today can’t reflect the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of TIL in tumor tissue comprehensively, and imaging is expected as an effective method to evaluate TIL level in breast cancer due to its noninvasiveness, convenience and integrity. In this article, we reviewed the latest advances in the evaluation of TIL of breast cancer by imaging methods including breast magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, and 18F-FDG-PET-CT/MRI.
