| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨创伤性肝破裂的院内救治效果。方法：总结1989－1999年第三军医大学三所附属医院收治的肝破裂209例，其中Ⅲ级以上严重肝损伤108例（51．7％）。手术治疗186例，伤后至手术时间165min-16h，保守治疗23例。结果：手术治愈169例（90．9％），死亡17例（9．1％），有18例发生并发症，保守治愈22例（95．7％），死亡1例（4．3％）。结论：伤情严重和治疗延迟是导致肝外死亡的两大因素，外科手术仍是治疗肝破裂的主要措施，保守治疗应严格掌握适应征。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and analyse the therapeutic efficacy of liver injury. Methods From 1989 to 1999, 209 cases of liver trauma in three affiliated hospitals of Third Military Medical University were analysed, in whom 186 cases were treated surgically, 23 non surgically. Results In the operative cases, 169 cases were cured, and 17 died. Complications occurred in 18 cases. In the non operative cases, complications occurred in 22 cases, and 1 case died. Conclusions Severe injury and delayed treatment are two important factors resulting in death. Surgical intervention is still the principal measure of treatment for traumatic hepatorrhexis. |
