| 摘 要： | 目的 研究肝癌合并肝动脉-门静脉瘘(HAPVS)患者因门静脉压力升高导致上消化道出血的诊断和介入治疗.方法 回顾性分析27例肝癌合并上消化道出血患者的临床资料,本组患者均行肝动脉造影检查及肝动脉栓塞术,并对不同类型的HAPVS分别或联合使用弹簧钢圈、明胶海绵条或PVA颗粒行瘘口栓塞术.结果 本组27例中16例为中央型肝...
