| 摘 要： | 目的 分析经皮肝穿胆道引流术后肝动脉出血的原因及临床表现,总结诊疗经验,以降低其发生率及病死率.方法 2007年6月至2010年6月622例接受经皮肝穿胆道引流术患者中有11例患者肝动脉出血(均经血管造影证实),其中胆道出血6例,腹腔出血3例,胆道及腹腔合并出血2例.该文回顾性分析肝动脉出血患者的临床表现及治疗结果.结...
