| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床药师在心力衰竭合并腹腔积液患者治疗过程中的作用。方法:临床药师参与1例心力衰竭合并腹腔积液患者的全部治疗过程。在患者的治疗过程中,临床药师运用药学知识为医生提供建议,对患者进行药学监护,提供用药教育。结果:医生采纳药师建议,经过治疗后,患者心衰症状缓解,腹腔积液减少,病情好转出院。结论:临床药师可以协助医生完善个体化治疗方案,同时为患者提供药学服务,有利于提高临床治疗的合理性、安全性、有效性。

Pharmaceutical care on patients with cardiac insufficiency at the end stage and multiple serous cavity effusion:A case report |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in treatment of a patient with heart failure and seroperitoneum. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process of medical treatment, provided some advice to the doctors,and delivered medication monitoring and drug education to the patients.Results: Doctors followed the advice of pharmacists. With a series of treatment,the patient’s symptoms of heart failure relieved and abdominal effusion decreased. Finally the patient discharged.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can help doctors make the individualized therapy plan and provide patients with pharmaceutical services.It is beneifcial to improve the rationality,safety and effectivity in clinical treatment. |
