注射用更昔洛韦致儿童不良反应33 例

目的:探讨我院儿童患者应用注射用更昔洛韦(GCV)致不良反应(ADR)发生情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:回顾性分析2007 年1 月至2018 年12 月于我院住院部接受注射用GCV 治疗后发生ADR 的33 例患儿的临床资料。结果:注射用GCV 致ADR 最常见的为骨髓抑制、肝功能异常;ADR 主要发生于0 ~ 1 岁婴儿(75.76%);18 例(57.57%) ADR 发生于用药后第1 ~ 2周;严重ADR 共3 例。结论:为减少ADR 发生,临床应合理应用注射用GCV,提高其用药合理性,避免超说明书用药,注意配伍禁忌,减少药物联用。在用药过程中,注意监测患儿血常规、肝肾功能等。

Objective: To investigate the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by ganciclovir (GCV) in children in our hospital, so as to promote clinical rational drug use. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 33 inpatients with ADR induced by GCV in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2018. Results: The most common ADR induced by GCV for injection was bone marrow depression and abnormal liver function. ADR mainly occurred in infants aged from 0 to 1 years (75.76%). Totally 18 cases (57.57%) of ADR occurred within 1 to 2 weeks after administration. There were 3 cases of severe ADR. Conclusion: In order to reduce the incidence of ADR, the rationality of clinical application of GCV for injection should be improved, off-label medication should be avoided, contraindication of compatibility should be closely monitored, and drug combination should be reduced. In the course of medication, attention are supposed to be paid to monitor blood routine, liver and kidney function.
