母乳或护臀霜涂抹护理新生儿轻、中度尿布皮炎效果比较

目的：探讨涂抹母乳或护臀霜治疗新生儿轻中度尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法：根据随机数字表法将62例尿布皮炎新生儿分为观察组32例和对照组30例，观察组患儿采用涂抹母乳治疗，对照组患儿采用涂抹强生护臀霜治疗，3 d和7 d后对两组患儿的临床疗效进行比较。结果：涂抹母乳治疗新生儿尿布皮炎3 d和7 d的有效率分别为53.1%和81.3%，与涂抹护臀霜治疗的新生儿同期有效率比较差异无统计学意义（χ2分别为1.235、0.947，P>0.05）。结论：采用涂抹母乳治疗新生儿尿布皮炎是一种有效率高、疗程短、见效快、安全的治疗方法，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Comparison of Effect of Ereast Milk or the Buttock Protection Cream Smear and Nursing Care on Mild and Moderate Diaper Dermatitis in Neonates

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of breast milk or buttock protection cream in the treatment of mild and moderate diaper dermatitis in neonates. Method: 62 cases of neonates with diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method, the observation group with the smear in the treatment of breast milk, control group were treated with buttock protection cream, therapeutic effect of 3 and 7 days of two groups of patients were compared. Result: The effective rates of the treatment with breast milk of diaper dermatitis neonates in 3d and 7d were 53.1% and 81.3% respectively, and there was no significant difference compared with the same period of the neonates treated with buttock protection cream.Conclusion: The application of breast milk in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis is a high effective rate, short course and of quick effect of treatment, it has no side effects and is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
