重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子辅助治疗儿童口腔溃疡疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子辅助治疗儿童口腔溃疡的效果及对白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8水平的影响。方法:选取2015年5月至2017年7月我院收治的口腔溃疡患儿92例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组46例使用常规药物治疗,研究组46例使用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子辅助治疗,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果以及对IL-6、IL-8 水平的影响。结果:研究组临床总有效率为97.8%,显著高于对照组的80.4%(P<0.05);研究组疼痛缓解时间、创面愈合时间以及完全进食时间分别为(3.8±1.2)d、(4.1±1.2)d和(3.9±0.9)d,均明显优于对照组的(5.7±1.9)d、(5.9±2.2)d 和(4.5±1.4)d(P均<0.05)。治疗后研究组IL-6、IL-8水平分别为(10.1±2.4)ng/L和(0.5±0.1)ng/L,均明显低于对照组的(14.6±3.4)ng/L 和(0.6±0.3)ng/L(P<0.05)。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子辅助治疗儿童口腔溃疡效果良好,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor ( rb-bFGF) in adjuvant treatment of children with oral ulcer and its effects on levels of interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-8. Methods: A total of 92 children with oral ulcer in our hospital from May 2015 to Jul. 2017 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the research group via the random number table. The control group (n=46) was treated with conventional drug therapy, while the research group (n=46) received rb-bFGF. The clinical efficacy and the effects on levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups were compared. Results: The clinical effective rate of the research group was 97.8% , significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The relief time of pain, healing time of wound and complete feeding time of the research group were (3.8±1.2)d, (4.1±1.2)d and (3.9±0.9)d, respectively, significantly better than those of the control group (5.7±1.9)d, (5.9±2.2) d and (4.5±1.4)d, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the research group were (10.1±2.4)ng/L and (0.51±0.1)ng/L, respectively, significantly lower than those of the control group (14.6±3.4) ng/L and (0.6±0.3)ng/L (P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of rb-bFGF in adjuvant treatment of children with oral ulcer is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
