痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床观察

目的观察痰热清注射液对小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法将91例小儿支气管肺炎患儿随机分成两组,均给予抗感染和对症治疗,治疗组45例加用痰热清注射液1 mL/（kg.d）静脉滴注1次;对照组46例给予相应的常规治疗,疗程均为7～10 d。结果治疗组总有效率95.6%,对照组总有效率82.6%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效明确,并且安全可靠,值得在临床推广使用。

Clinical Study of Tanreqing Injection in Treatment of Children with Bronchopneumonia

Objective To Observe the therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection on children with bronchopneumonia.Methods The 9l children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,which were performed the antibiotics and symptomatic treatment.In the treatment group（45 cases）.Tanreqing injection also added was dripped intravenously,at a dose of 1 mL/（kg·d）;control group（46 cases） received routine treatment,all for 7~10 d.Results The total effective rate was 95.6% in the treatment group,and 82.6% in the control group.There was statistically significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Curative effect of Tanreqing injection in treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children is clear,safe and reliable,which is well worth clinical popularizing and application.
