痰热清口服液抗菌和抗流感病毒作用的实验研究

目的:研究3种不同处方的痰热清口服液抗菌和抗流感病毒作用,并比较三者作用的强弱。方法:通过体内外抗菌实验,观察抗菌作用;以FM1鼠肺适应株滴鼻感染小鼠,观察抗流感病毒作用。结果:三者均能降低金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌感染小鼠的死亡率,体外对上呼吸道感染细菌有一定的抑菌和杀菌活性,含熊去氧胆酸的痰热清口服液作用优于含熊胆粉提取物、不含熊胆粉提取物及熊去氧胆酸的口服液;三者均可使病毒感染小鼠死亡率明显降低,存活时间明显延长,含熊去氧胆酸或熊胆粉提取物的口服液能明显降低肺指数,不含熊胆粉提取物及熊去氧胆酸的口服液此作用稍弱,三者对肺病变分级的影响差异无统计学意义。结论:3种处方的痰热清口服液均有抗菌和抗流感病毒作用,其中不含熊胆粉提取物及熊去氧胆酸的口服液作用较弱,含熊去氧胆酸的口服液抗病毒作用与含熊胆粉提取物的口服液无明显差异,抗菌作用优于后者。

Experimental study of antibacterial and antiviral activity about Tanreqing oral liquid
