| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清可溶性上皮钙粘蛋白(SE-CAd)和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平的变化。方法应用放免法测定32例肺癌患者血清CEA含量,酶联法测定SE-CAd含量,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果肺癌患者在手术治疗前血清CEA和SE-CAd含量高于正常人水平(P<0.01)、手术治疗后6个月复发者CEA、SE-CAd水平持续异常,未复发者CEA、SE-CAd水平恢复正常。结论血清CEA、SE-CAd含量的变化与肺癌患者的病情和预后密切相关,有一定的临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of serum SE-CAd and CEA levels in 32 patients with lung cancer before and after operative therapy.Methods Serum CEA levels were determined with RIA and serum SE-CAd levels with ELISA in 32 patients and 30 controls.Results Before operative therapy,serum CEA and SE-CAd levels were significtly higher in the patients than those in controls(P<0.01).Twenty-two of the 30 patients receiving operative therapy showed no sign of recurrence for 6 months and their serum CEA and SE-CAd levels dropped within normal range.However,in the 8 patients with recurrence,serum levels of CEA and SE-CAd remained abnormally high.Conclusion Serum CEA and SE-CAd levels are closely related to the disease process of lung cancer and are of prognostic value. |
