CT对胰腺实性假乳头状瘤诊断价值探讨(附9例分析)

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的诊断价值,提高对SPTP的CT征象的认识。方法搜集2005年1月～2012年6月我院9例经手术病理及免疫组化证实的SPTP资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例中病变分布于胰头3例,胰体尾部6例。病理类型:8例为良性,1例为恶性。生长方式:主要表现为外生性膨胀性生长。肿块密度:囊性,实性和囊实性。强化特点:实性及囊实性肿块静脉期均较动脉期明显强化,且增强扫描各期肿块CT值均低于胰腺实质。结论多层螺旋CT检查可定位诊断,并有助于定性诊断。

Value of CT in the diagnosis of solid-pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas(9 cases analysis attached)

Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of CT in SPTP.Methods Clinical data and CT findings of 9 patients with pathologically proved SPTP from January 2005 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The origin of the primary tumors was in the head of the pancreas in 3 patients,6 cases in the body and tail.Immunohistochemical study diagnosed the SPTP as benign in 8 cases and malignant in 1 case.CT findings indicated that most tumors were exophytic and expansive growth.Cystic,solid and cystic-solid component were three types of tumors density.The solid component of tumours showed enhancment on enhanced CT,but had lower density than pancreatic gland.Conclusion CT is valuable in locating the tumor,and also helpful in differentiating benign from malignant GIST.
