| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿窒息影响因素及防治措施。方法回顾分析241例新生儿窒息临床资料。结果观察不同的分娩方式的窒息发生率,发现分娩方式不同,窒息发生率不同,羊水状况与窒息发生有一定的关系,剖宫产并不能降低窒息发生率。结论对有羊水污染、巨大儿等放宽剖宫产指征。同时在产程中加强产前及产时的监测,适时正确选择分娩方式是降低窒息发生率和死亡率的关键措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the affecting factors and precautions in neonatorum asphyxia.Methods Two hundred and forty-one infants with asphyxia neonatorum were studied retrospectively.Results Observation of asphyxia morbidity rate of several means of delivery suggests cesarean section can not decrease the morbidity rate of asphyxia neonatorum.Conclusion If the if the contamination or fetal macrosomia is suitably relaxed,and at the same time the infants with asphyxia are given monitoring during the whole stage of labor after proper style of labor is selected,the morbidity and mortality rate of asphyxia neonatorum would be reduced. |
