高频超声在小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎诊断中的临床应用

目的探讨高频超声在诊断小儿急慢性肠系膜淋巴结炎中的应用价值。方法对急慢性腹痛的患儿进行常规超声检查，记录有无肿大淋巴结及其部位、大小、回声、形态及长短轴比值（L／S值）。结果统计发现有约89％（93／104）显示了肿大淋巴结，其中以右下腹多见，约占66％（69／104），治疗后10-15d复查肿大淋巴结有不同程度缩小，治疗前后淋巴结大小变化非常显著。结论高频超声能清晰地显示肠系膜淋巴结，是诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的首选检查方法，对临床诊断治疗肠系膜淋巴结炎及病例追踪具有重要的应用价值。

High frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of infant mesenteric lymphadenitis

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography in acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods Patients with abdominal pain were examined conventionally with high frequency ultrasound,and the enlargemental lymphs were displayed clearly.The position,size,echo,shape and L/S of lymphs were enregistered.Results Of all the cases,89%(93/104)displayed the swelling lymphs,most in oblong shape and low echo.66%(69/104)were reexamined 10 to 15 days after therapy.The sonographic appearances were analyzed before and after the therapy.Conclusion The high frequency ultrasound can display the enlarged mesenteric lymphs clearly and may be adopted as the first choice in diagnosis of children's mesentery lymphadenitis.It has important value in clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as in cases pursuit.
